It’s America’s fastest growing and most dangerous sport. It is Professional Bull Riding. This year McCrossan Boys Ranch is excited to feature the cowboys of the PBR. They will be sharing their stories of conquering fears and overcoming obstacles to make it to the top of their sport.
The PBR features the top 35 bull riders battling the fiercest bovine athletes the sport has to offer, who weigh more than 10 times their cowboy opponents at nearly 2,000 pounds each. The exhilarating 8-second rides and heart-stopping wrecks are sure to leave fans on the edge of their seats in anticipation and excitement. The riders are introduced like gladiators, striding through rings of fire and other pyrotechnics. The PBR made its first debut in South Dakota in 2015 and has gained more popularity in Sioux Falls ever since. The goal of each rider is to make it to the Las Vegas finals and take home the $1 million prize. Riders like Cooper Davis, J.B. Mauney and Kaique Pacheco are becoming household names. Some of who will be featured at our Banquet Auction this year.
We hope you’ll join us for this fun-filled event. Your support of our annual Banquet Auction makes a huge impact on our boys at the Ranch each year. Not only has it helped us grow our campus and support the many valuable programs we have at McCrossan’s, it gives our boys a chance to meet people like our guests from the PBR, who can make a real impact in their lives. We hope you will join us for this fun-filled event this year – it makes a real difference! The event will also feature an exciting live and silent auction with great items to bid on, including a Naples, Florida getaway, a Walt Disney getaway and lots of jewelry, electronics, sports memorabilia, artwork and more. There will also be a wonderful meal along with an evening of entertainment you won’t want to miss!
